Submit Your Ideas and Photos

We need your input to make this event the best JAWSFEST ever! For starters, we are interested in learning how JAWS and the men and women who made this amazing film have impacted lives around the world.

In 500 words or less (for each topic), please submit your thoughts on any of the following topics to the email noted below. All submissions become the property of MVPN for use at our discretion in event materials and must include your name, address, email, age, gender, and phone. Contact information will not be released to the public, but names, ages, and gender may be included. Email your submissions to pickme@jawstribute.com.

• What JAWS has meant to me, how the movie has changed my life.
• Why Roy Scheider is my favorite actor, how his performances have changed my life.
• Why Robert Shaw is my favorite actor, how his performances have changed my life.
• Why Peter Benchley is my favorite author, how his work has changed my life.
• What single question would you most like answered by someone involved with JAWS? Submit the question and the person from whom you would like the answer.

 
Include Your Authentic Memorabilia in Our Exhibit

Are you a JAWS Collector? Do you have awesome, authentic items from the filming? If so, we may wish to include them in our Behind the Screams exhibit. In addition to receiving free event admission, we will be giving out an award for the most interesting authentic piece of memorabilia and one for the most interesting authentic historic photograph (all photographs must be provided by the holder of the copyright).

If you have great images from JAWSFEST ’05 or other original JAWS-related images taken during your visits to Amity, we would love to see them. All submissions must be copyrighted to the sender. By submitting, you grant MVPN unlimited rights for use at our discretion on the event website and in event materials. Include your name, address, email, age, gender, phone, date, the place the image was taken, and the names of the people shown in the image.
